The Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement at Cleveland Clinic is dedicated to addressing the disproportionate impact of Alzheimer’s disease on women. Through research, education, and prevention, they are working to close the gap in women’s brain health and advance the future of Alzheimer’s care.
ABOUT THE COFFEE AND BRAIN HEALTH:
Research shows strong associations between regular coffee consumption and protection against the onset of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.

Brewing recommendations:
This is a medium-fine grind, best suited for brewing with an electric drip machine, manual pour-over, Aeropress, or Clever Dripper.
Use filtered water and clean brewing equipment. Try 4 Tbsp (20g) per 12-oz mug to start, and adjust to taste. Check that your water temperature is between 195F and 205F. Once you open this bag, ensure it remains airtight and consume it within 10 days for optimal aromatics.
